Here is the easy solution;

Step 1: Simply go the properties of Computer,

Step 2: In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers"

Step 3: Uninstall the "USB mass storage device"

Step 4: Click on the top right computer icon "scan for hardware changes",

Step 5: Your USB will be connected,
